Our return rules are simple, reasonable and fully inclusive for daily fashion wear.

We allow reasonable try-on for all clothing items so that you can confirm size and style suitability. However, to qualify for return, items must remain clean, fresh and unworn in daily scenarios. No washing, bleaching, ironing or modification is permitted. The clothes must be free of dirt, stains, hair residue, makeup marks and unpleasant odors. All original tags and packaging must be well-preserved and intact for secondary sale.

To comply with global public hygiene standards, underwear, socks and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom printed apparel, personalized graphic clothing and final-sale clearance items are also excluded from return services, as these items cannot be resold once processed or discounted.

If you decide to return items due to personal preference, size mismatch or style dissatisfaction, you will be responsible for arranging and covering return shipping fees. If you receive defective, damaged, wrong or incomplete items, please contact our customer service with clear photos within a valid time. We will confirm the issue and cover all return shipping costs to provide you with a satisfying refund or replacement solution.

Once we receive and inspect your returned parcel successfully, we will complete your refund within 5–7 business days. We warmly welcome customers to apply for size or color exchange.
