Terms of Service

These Terms fully clarify the shipping rules, logistics processing standards, tax and tariff allocation, risk division, liability exemption, and international delivery specifications for all domestic and cross-border apparel orders of our store. All product prices displayed on the official website are exclusive of shipping fees, logistics insurance, handling charges, destination country import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees, and any additional regulatory fees. All cross-border transaction-related expenses shall be independently undertaken by the customer and cannot be deducted, offset, or refunded from the product payment amount.

We adopt standardized warehouse processing procedures for all orders. In-stock regular apparel will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation; pre-order, batch-produced, and specially crafted styles will be shipped according to the pre-specified production cycle stated on the product page. International delivery time is affected by objective factors including logistics peak seasons, airline capacity, local customs clearance efficiency, destination policy adjustment, and regional epidemic or regulatory control. We do not promise fixed delivery days and shall not be liable for logistics delays beyond our actual control.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of recipient name, phone number, detailed address, postal code, and delivery notes. Any parcel return, abandonment, loss, unsuccessful delivery, and additional fees caused by incorrect information, incomplete address, long-term unclaimed package, customer refusal to clear customs, or recipient absenteeism shall be fully borne by the customer. Once the goods leave our warehouse and complete logistics handover, transportation risks including loss, damage, detention, and delay during international transit shall be borne by the buyer.

We provide official tracking numbers for all shipped orders and support real-time logistics query and transportation progress follow-up. For parcels confirmed lost by logistics carriers, we will actively cooperate with official logistics verification, claim settlement, and compensation procedures in accordance with logistics industry standard rules. We do not assume compensation liability for package damage, detention, or return caused by customs inspection, official policy adjustment, force majeure events, and third-party logistics failures.

For international return and re-delivery rules, all cross-border return shipping fees, secondary customs clearance costs, and handling fees shall be borne by customers for personal non-quality returns. Only verified factory quality defects, shipping damage caused by our improper packaging, and wrong item delivery can enjoy store-paid return freight and free after-sales processing. We reserve the right to adjust logistics partners, shipping methods, and packaging standards according to operational needs without prior notice to ensure overall transportation safety and order stability.
